As a recruiting firm, we know an exceptional team drives results. That's why we've built a US-based team of industry experts who believe your success is our success.

Our story

Prior to founding Bright Flag, Toni Tovi simultaneously managed four separate FedEx Ground operations. This experience ingrained a deep understanding of what it’s like to run a business in a fast-moving, high-pressure industry.

More importantly, it provided the inspiration for Toni to launch Bright Flag - a full-service recruiting firm built from the ground up to keep pace with the transportation and logistics industry. To succeed would require a team that’s uniquely energetic, committed, and detail-oriented. As the team grew and upheld that culture, Bright Flag became renowned in the transportation and logistics space, resulting in exponential growth.
